The channels of supervision is as per the Organisation Chart. As regards decision making, the CMD and Heads of the Division who are delegated powers are empowered to take decision to the extent of the powers delegated. While CMD is accountable to the Board of Directors, the Divisional Heads are accountable to CMD.
